Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of sessions on syllabus as per university norms.
- Managing student discipline and learning experience.
- To ensure coverage of Syllabus as per university standards from all faculty members.
- Managing the Submission of TLP plan, IDP plan and other university document – on Time from all faculty members.
- Innovation & Development in pedagogy.
- Research including regular publication in approved journals.
- Create excellent student learning experience.
- Provide reports to university and vertical head as and when required.
Qualification:
UG: B.Com / BBA
PG: MBA
Ph.D – Commerce / Management (Mandate for Coimbatore, Mangalore, Pune and Bangalore locations)
Experience:
2+ years of experience in teaching in Universities/Colleges.
Skill Set:
Digital Marketing, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Business Analytics, Fintech, General Management
