Programme Overview:

Delivering computing services like servers, storage, software, etc., over the Internet has been made possible in recent times through Cloud Technology. Its increased adoption by enterprises will see India’s Public Cloud Services (PCS) market reach USD 10.8 billion by 2025 at a CAGR of 24.1% for 2020-25. It will also lead to an increased focus on Information Security, owing to the sensitive nature of the data shared across these platforms. Consequently, the market will see demand for skilled professionals in both fields.

Kalinga University, Raipur, has started the new-age BCA Cloud Technology and Information Security programme to meet the upcoming demand. The program emphasizes practical and application-oriented learning and has been designed and formulated by industry experts.

Programme Objectives:

  • Prepare leading professionals in government, academia, and corporate having entrepreneurial pursuits.
  • Prepare graduates capable of articulating and solving problems in Computer Applications, specifically Cloud Technology and Information Security.
  • Prepare graduates with high learnability and adaptability to the constantly changing technological environment.
  • Prepare graduates to lead and ethically initiate professional and organizational goals in an interdisciplinary team and obtain desired results.
