Seminar on Employment Trends and Preparedness at SJCIT, Bengaluru

It is a well-known fact that poor ‘employability’ among fresh graduates is the most critical issue faced by our higher education system. May be, at a macro level, it can even be counted among the most critical issues faced by the country itself.

Optimistic discussions about employment trends have acted as a form of motivation for students in this scenario. In such forums, emphasis is given to the amount of preparedness required to grab the limitless career opportunities thrown up by the newly emerging/fast-growing industry sectors. Shedding light on this aspect, Sudhanshu Varma, President of Sales and Marketing at iNurture Education Solutions, gave an emphatic speech on ‘Employment Trends and Preparedness’ at a seminar organized at Sri Jagadguru Chandrasekaranathaswamiji Institute of Technology (SJCIT), Bengaluru.

Sudhanshu Varma was addressing a group of over 2,500 students at the ‘BGS JNANA KALAA MELA 2017’ event, organised by the BGS Institute of Management Studies on 17^th February 2017. The event was held at BGS Campus (SJCIT), Chickaballapur, in which students from the BGS group of institutions and other management colleges in and around Bengaluru participated in big numbers.
