iScion 2019 – Faculty Development Program

iScion was a one-month intensive Faculty Development Program conducted for M.Tech freshers from June 03, 2019 to June 28, 2019.

We hire fresh yet skilled minds through campus placement who want to make their career as teachers. The aim of the Faculty Development Program is to foster the faculty’s knowledge, skills, and professional competence. The program is designed to train and develop professionals in their specialized area. This enables them to act as a ‘Resource Person’, who guide and motivate young students.

We train them on the latest technologies and help them upgrade their competencies through soft skills and communication sessions, and classroom management techniques. We invite industry experts and academic leaders from different domains to share their expertise and further guide young and energetic minds to excel in their career.
