Winners at Smart India Hackathon 2020

In yet another moment to celebrate, students from iNurture Education Solutions studying at Rathinam College of Arts and Science bagged the First Place in Smart India Hackathon 2020 (Software Edition.) The annual event is organized by Government of India where lakhs of students from thousands of institutions from around the country participate.

Janani M lead the team under the name Incognito_iNu. Rahulraj, Shajan A, Alex Jeffrin D, Shebana M and Mohamed Rizwan L were titled the Best Data Collector, the Best Coder, the Best Coder, the Best Presenter and the Best Problem Solver respectively.

Smart India Hackathon is conducted jointly by the Ministry of Human Resources Development, AICTE, Persistent Systems and i4c. The event provides a platform to solve some of the pressing problems and thus inculcate a culture of product innovation and a mind-set of problem-solving in students. Honourable Prime Minister, Mr. Narendra Modi addressed the Finalists of Smart India Hackathon 2020 through video conference on 1^st of August, 2020.
